Barbell Club

We are super excited to bring something new to you guys! Come November 1st we will be hosting a barbell club incorporating both the brute strength of power lifting as well as the oh so technical Olympic lifts!

Classes will be held @ 7:30pm on Thursdays and @ 10am on Saturdays. Classes will last for an hour including a warm up, coaching through even the simplest of movements, as well as cool down stretches. Our barbell club is for anyone from those looking to get super strong or even just to expand their knowledge base and move better!
