Mark Flentge is a CF-L1 trainer. Fitness has been a driving force within his life since an early age. He is one that enjoys participating in sport more than watching it. Past experience includes over 11 years experience in Olympic Weightlifting and helping coach High School Wrestling. He believes that community will build a better athlete, and you should lift heavy often.
