HOW TO BEGIN

Step 1: PRINT AND SIGN WAIVER Get cleared by your healthcare provider before participating in any exercise program! Scheduling an appointment and getting cleared by your healthcare provider will help determine if CrossFit is the right fitness program for you.

Step 2: We require that all new guests schedule an introduction session with us. This is a one-hour session that gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your goals better, run you through a standard workout, and let you see our facility!
