HOW TO BEGIN

Step 1Print and Sign waiver (get cleared by your Healthcare provider to participate in any exercise program!)

Step 2: We require that all new guests schedule an Intro session with us. This is a 1 hour session that gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your goals better, run you through a standard workout, and let you see our facility! At Bossier City CrossFit, we offer great training, guidelines for success and improvements, nutritional information, a fun atmosphere, and a community of like-minded individuals committed to success. Here you are receiving training from coaches that are passionate and knowledgeable about getting you to your peak.

It's an investment in your health, and the healthier you are, the less you will spend on health care, the less sick days you will need, the longer you can work before getting tired.
