Run 5k at an easy pace.
Today is a 'long' endurance piece. We will be running a 5k or 3.1 miles. That may seem like a long distance, but you are all more than capable of finishing this. Be sure to bring running shoes and water, to stay hydrated for the later afternoon classes!
