Power snatches are designed to help develop explosive power. We must reach triple extension with a quick solid punch through and finally strong enough legs to make sure we don't finish in the bottom of our squat. Anything caught above parallel counts a power movement within Olympic weightlifting.
Our Metcon is designed to challenge our core and shoulders with the Ground to Overhead movements. Ground to Overhead alternating can use Snatches, Clean and Jerks, Thrusters, and finally the last substitution - High Pulls.
