Overhead Squats main purpose is to train strength and stability in your shoulders and core. If you are nervous to put up a heavy load, use the time to attain proper positioning with the movement and technique.
We are using interval training today with multiple stations. After each movement is performed we will all rest a full minute before changing movements. Take this time to gather yourself!
This weekend we hosted the first Bossier City CrossFit Weightlifting Classic. We had three members compete with great performances. Meghan Hooper, Madeline Farrar, and Rachel Knight. Overall the event was a success for the community, and we are looking to setup more.
