This workout is going to be rough, it's designed that way. Our legs will be tired from the push presses and the sled drags, you will be breathing hard. You will move straight into your next movements. The power snatches and front squats are a 'light weight', but will push volume loads. It's basically 'Randy' separated with another movement.
If you need to scale anything in this workout today, I'd highly recommend the number of sled drags/weight. Also, WALK - DON'T RUN!
