EMOM Ladder + 1 Burpee
Pause and tempo back squats are tough. Maintain your breath and core through these movements. If you choose to push a heavy load, be sure to bail properly. Let the weight roll off of your back and be explosive when pushing forward away from the bar.
Minute 1 - a single burpee and rest for the remainder of said minute, Minutes 2 - 2 burpees and rest, Minute 3... you get the picture. If you are unable to complete all the burpees within the minute you are in - you are done with the workout. Video below!
