Not everything in fitness has to be about pushing ourselves to crazy limits, we should balance it out by learning new movement patterns. Use the skill portion to attempt something new. Play with the rings, do something with a handstand, bust out some break dancing skills, just learn to use the body you have. We will focus primarily on learning double unders as it is in our tabata.
We are using interval training today with multiple stations. After each movement is performed we will all rest a full minute before changing stations. Take this time to gather yourself and push the intensity, unless you are competing in Festivus Games Saturday! Use this day as an active recovery.
Many of us feel beat up, after the workout be sure to roll out and smash any problem areas.
