Squats are the true indicator of a strength program. We will be looking to push a heavy load today. Maintaining a stable and strong core is key when squatting - we will be talking about proper breathing in class.
Today's metcon is meant to be accessory work with an added breathing component, you will have to pace your run correctly. After class roll out any problem areas - focus on your quads, and calves.
