The first two days of this week have been pushing us for a heavy load and to challenge us mentally. Annie is a quick burner that should get us breathing to challenge us through cardio and skill. After we will be looking to do structural strength work at an easy pace.
If double-unders are a skill you have trouble with, we will be tackling them as a skill progression today. A few things to check will be strength & balance, ability to hop, ability to hop & tap in time, and correct rope length.
